A boy the age of around 15-16 walks around the area. You watch him walk away and he disappears into thin air. Can be seen every night walking around the teen-center at the end of Cedar St. at about 11:oo at night. Can be seen wearing a red hat with blonde hair and a blue jean jacket with jean pants.
