Fort Supply, Oklahoma
Ghosts roam the prison yard, you can hear screams coming from the old commissary building. Not to mention 60 yards west from the prison is western state mental institute. Lights flashing and abnormal sightings. And there is a light that will not shut off even when the wires are cut.
