A listing on SpiritCircle is not permission to enter a property. Never trespass, follow posted rules and local law, and get the owner’s consent where a place is privately controlled. Read the Community Guidelines before submitting locations or evidence.
You keep ownership of the photos, audio, video and writing you upload. By posting, you let SpiritCircle store and display it to the audience you choose. Only upload content you have the right to share.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, including private-residence listings, harassment, or fabricated evidence.
